Ron hails from Brooklyn and a Puerto Rican mother who told him
"A man should never rely on a woman to cook.". Ron's grandfather, the patriarch of his family's long tradition of food culture, was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico giving rise to an appropriate title for great food. Ron's Caribbean origins and his love affair with the fare of New York inspires a rich and exotic dining experience.
